I've read this several times now b...Great post. I've read this several times now because there's always so much information to absorb in your writings. It always gets me running off and looking things up. I spent about an hour reading about therizinosaurs today.<br /><br />That fossiliferous shale and limestone is amazing. Interesting that the Tropic shale is 70+ Ma and yet is so easily weathered and frangible. Also, it makes me wonder why sound wave imaging is not used to locate dinosaur or other fossils in those shale formations. <br /><br />Great photos too.
